This serious game begins as a science outreach workshop on the complex challenges of how our planet’s climate works. It then raises awareness of how human activities over the past 250 years have contributed to the gradual disruption of the millennia-old environmental balances that have allowed the human species to thrive. We need an average global temperature of 15°C. The current trajectory is for the Earth to reach 16.5°C by 2030—an increase of 1.5°C.

Europe is warming twice as fast as the rest of the globe. France is preparing for a temperature rise of 4°C on its european territory by 2100.

Among the participants, a collaborative, cross-hierarchical, and cross-functional discussion then takes place to identify solutions within your teams and your business model that will set the company on the path to transition.
